I have used their media conversion software, and it does what it promises.
 The free version should have all the output formats that you might want
(doc, docx, html, xml, pdf, rtf, txt, odt), and it does conversions in
bulk.  (The free version only lets you convert five at a time.  You can
load all the files at once, but you will have to select and convert in
groups of five.)
