[Hidden-tech] Municipal Broadband in Northampton

Actually if this group is serious, you should connect with the Wired 
West project,
to get the unserved areas of Western Mass wired has them working with 
the power
and phone companies to inventory 10 of 1000's of phone poles.

And you better believe these folks track those in great detail, and are 
working
together to make it all happen.

As for 'eminent domains' - get real.
