Dear Tech Executives,

The Republican Caucus' in the House and Senate are hosting a series of
business roundtables on the tech tax tomorrow and Thursday. Please see
details below. This is an opportunity to share the impact this tax is
having on your business with lawmakers.

The tech community is making it's voice heard. More than 320 have been
letters sent by MassTLC and our member companies to educate lawmakers on
the impact of the tech tax on the sector and the overall economy.

We're happy to report that momentum around repealing the tax is growing
on Beacon Hill. As noted in our last communication, Democratic Senators
Karen Spilka, Richard Moore, and William Brownsberger have already filed
legislation to repeal the tech tax.

Now more than ever, we need to make our voices heard on this issue.
Please attend the business roundtables in your area and use our online
advocacy tools

How You Can Help

Given that most lawmakers voted for the original bill, we need to "get
loud" so they understand the impact the tax will have if it remains on
the books. Here's how you can make your voice heard and support the bill
to repeal the tax:

  * Take five minutes to send a letter to your state Senator and Rep.
We've made it simple with this online advocacy tool.
