[Hidden-tech] Hidden Tech members invited to NCTV 5 year anniversary gathering

Hey folks - Al Williams of Northampton Community Television has 
invited us to the 5 year anniversary event on October 20, 2-4pm. You 
can see the details below.

I'm actually hoping to do a Hidden Tech event there in the spring.

NCTV has also launched a neat citizen journalism site called Paradise 
City Press: http://www.paradisecitypress.org/

There is a citizen journalism workshop coming up on October 29, you 
can see the info at the top of the Paradise City Press web site.

I've had some excellent experiences working with NCTV and it's an 
asset Hidden Techies may want to explore...

Greetings Hidden Techies -

Northampton Community Television has been located in its current 
space for 5 years this Autumn.
We're throwing a party.

We have grown into a thriving, multifaceted community media center 
that has produced thousands of hours of programming, taught hundreds 
of community members multimedia technology, developed a new cutting 
edge citizen journalism program and helped redefine community media 
in Northampton, in the Valley, and even across the nation.

Please join on on October 20, 2012 from 2pm-4pm here at our facility.
There will be free food, a chance to hear a few stories from some 
community members and an opportunity to come see our space.
Because we are not just your local community media center. We are 
your community public space.
