[Hidden-tech] Virus Issues on a Dell Laptop

Hey Alan,

If she would like your wife could bring her machine in to left-click, we
deal with plenty of virus infected windows machines and can get them
disinfected without too much stress.

That said, it is rare that a virus would cause damage to the printing
system unless it was a network printer and was somehow interfering with
network connectivity.

My suggestion would be to try the following: download malwarebytes and
spybot via ninite.com. Then run both programs after updating them, and run
whatever antivirus she has installed. If everything comes up clean (or with
minimal entries, such as things related to cookies) then you know you're
virus free and you might just need to delete the printer and reinstall it.

Best,
-Elijah.
