[Hidden-tech] Starting an LLC?

I¹m not sure that this is still the case. A few years ago, MA did a major
overhaul of it¹s incorporation costs and procedures to be more business
friendly. We did wind up doing a Delaware Corp anyway, mostly because the
annual costs are less due to competition amongst all the Delaware Corp
management companies.
