HI Everyone,

My accountant of 20+ years is ill and unable to do my taxes this year.

Do you have an accountant or other type of tax preparer that you 
recommend? I'm looking for someone who can do personal and also 
subchapter-S corp filings.

Also, what are the local rates for tax preparation--by the hour or a 
flat fee?
