[Hidden-tech] Converting a Flash video library to run on the iPad

Dear Hidden Tech,

Videatives.com needs to convert our large library of streaming video  
so that our titles can be played on iOS devices.  We are looking for  
someone to help us batch convert our video files and advise us on  
other aspects of this project, such as how to stream different formats  
to different users depending on what they are using to connect to our  
service.  Currently all of our video streams as Flash video.

If you have expertise in this area, please let me know.  We serve the  
college and university market and realize there are probably many  
students out there now who only have iPads and cannot watch our video.
