HI George,

I'd be happy to consult with you on this.
It's not at all difficult to do these conversions from flash to a format
and player that will work with any web connected devices that come upon
your content. It's all about the tools!!

I have a great deal of experience creating mobile friendly video.
Besides all things mobile and cloud based, I sell on demand video learning
series', so just point your Iphone or Ipad at this page on my site and
you'll see what I mean. http://techeffective.net/club-wordpress/

I can probably show you everything you need to know in a couple of hours so
you can do the whole conversion yourself rather than bring on a
subcontractor.

If you're really interested in taking your video to an interactive level, I
can show you really cool tricks like;

   - Putting call to action and sales links right in your videos
   - Embed Contact Capture forms
   - Have the forms prepolulated with a visitors Facebook creds for fast no
   resistance signups
   - Add social sharing functions and more right in your videos,
   - Serve them all out of Amazon S3 buckets (takes the load off your
   server)
   - and more.

Regards,

Mark
