[Hidden-tech] Alternative to Quickbooks

Although I admit I'm an accountant, I think that Quickbooks is the most
amazing program in the world,* for the money*. I have had many business
associates, not accountants, who have used the program and rave about it. I
have used enterprise software such as Computer Associates, Oracle, SAP,
Peachtree, Great Plains, etc., and would much rather work with Quickbooks.
It is simple, intuitive and powerful enough to run the books for a small or
medium sized enterprise with ease. Just my opinion. If you love Excel,
great, everything in QB can be downloaded to Excel for more specialized
analysis. I don't know what the issues are that Amazon had, but I think QB
is certainly worth a look.
