[Hidden-tech] Alternative to Quickbooks

I have also recently started using GnuCash, and so far I can recommend it,
too.  And, since it's open source, if there is anything you don't like about
how it works, you're empowered to do something about it (it may not be
practical to do so, but hey, you've got the choice).
