[Hidden-tech] Looking for recommendations for web based HR record management

May you please recommend what web based HR Management services you have used
and found useful (or decided not to use and why).
Specific features I am looking for:


important:  employees current info, benefits, traceable bonuses, raises,
helpful: goal setting and performance reviews
helpful: giving access to each employee to view/update their info
helpful: being able to upload docs (scanned employment
forms, performance review pdfs)
