I would turn the source files over to your clients, in duplicate, so that they have control and can 
choose where to go. I think that would make it somewhat less complicated for you as well.

You could charge a fee for the effort it will take you to organize the materials and burn them to CD 
or DVD. I've used digital photographers who will do the work and provide prints and/or raw source on 
CD. They charge extra for the raw source -- sometimes significantly extra, because it takes away 
some of their business and fees. You don't have to go that route, since you're closing down; but, at 
least there is the precedent for charging something, and it would cover your time.
