[Hidden-tech] Looking for designers and programmer looking for work referrals

Unless Leslie did the jobs as a Work For Hire, which is unlikely, the
source files and accompanying copyrights do not belong to the client.

As a Graphic Designer myself, I'd be more inclined to work with her if
the files and copyrights passed to me, as is proper.

If you circumvent the Designer's control over the copyrights, you
create the possibility for problems down the road if usage issues
should arise.

Incidentally Leslie, you do need to transfer your copyrights in writing
in order for it to be legally acceptable, otherwise simply giving a new
designer the files does not make them the owners of the work.
