[Hidden-tech] Amtrak Wifi

I was recently at a conference with the border patrols on both sides, 
Amtrak and the state DOT's from NY and VT.  It is recognized that the 
border crossing needs to be improved.  They will be working on a plan to 
do all checks in Montreal station, like an airplane.
