[Hidden-tech] CRM + Gmail or Google Apps

Ken,
Insightly is a great tip for us Google Apps fans. Thanks.

Do you use it?

In my case, I want to stick with Google Contacts for my CRM needs but I want
just a little more functionality. I don't need the PM part of Insightly. Do
you think it will help me get more out of Contacts?
