[Hidden-tech] CRM + Gmail or Google Apps

Hey Val,

Have tested Insightly and found it to be pretty good w/in the context of
googAps.

For individual gMaili users, I've found Rapportive <http://rapportive.com/>to
be really nice. Also, if you are using Chrome, you might consider Active
Inbox<https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/oeehiifcaeengdofhogmkblhkmpephcj?hl=en>,
a GTD tool that further enhances gMail.  These may be the
extra functionality you may be looking for, Val.
