Indeed. I believe you will find my identical question as the most recent
one. After talking with several all excellent alternatives referred, I
ended up working with Paul Rapp. While others were generalists, he is an
intellectual property specialist including experience from the litigation
angle. IP being very important to the particular venture, he gave excellent
advice.
