[Hidden-tech] Remote desktop control software

I recently worked at a company with locations on both coasts and remote workers in a number of locations.
They used Saba Centra, and it was excellent in all regards for what they used it for. You could easily launch an impromptu session if the need arose during a conference call to share to a worksheet or presentation or any application screen. It was also used extensively for software training and for virtual meetings. It is very easy to hand off control of the session (and the mouse/cursor) to another person logged in to the session. I don't know if it addresses all of your needs, but if it does, I highly recommend giving it consideration.
