Hi Michael, Welcome to the world of sales. It's a noble profession and after love, it makes the world go round. I recently revived a long dormant practice of hosting a free, monthly, sales training via conference call. I would be happy to welcome you to my next call on May 9. This is my first real sales job so I am little "over my head". Selling lawn care is quite different then working in IT, I have a steep learning curve, but my boss is former a techie so if he can do it so can I. Here is what I say without reveling too much. I sell door to door. We have a 9 step weed/feed program. We organic option. We sell on quantity not price. Trying to make a career change is not easy so I am asking for help. I would like advice on how best to sell by door knocking, advice on farming leads, and I also would like to find a sales mentor or two. I want to thank everyone in advance for all the wisdom you will share with me. -Michael Eger michael.eger at michaelegerconsulting.com (860)995-0797 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
