[Hidden-tech] Banners, posters, oh my!

I have a booth at the Franklin County Fair to promote my radio 
controlled airplane club (www.franklinrc.com).  Anyways, I need a few 
things in a hurry.

(1) I need to know where I can get a banner made up cheap.  I can build 
one in publisher and print it on many pieces of paper but it looks 
really tacky taped together.  I'd like a 4 foot banner that just says 
the name of the club that I'll hang from a pop-up tent, nothing fancy. 
Where is a cheap, but good place to print such a thing?  Since it is 
outside, ideally it will be on some kind of vinyl.

(2) A friend of mine is supposed to get me some 3x3 pieces of white 
cardboard so I can build a posterboard to display.  If can't acquire 
them, does anyone have any such cardboard kicking around they wouldn't 
mind donating to a good cause? (Well my idea of a good cause!)
