As for the banner . . . depends on how you define "cheap." CopyCat Print 
Shop in Amherst (and I think there's one in Greenfield, too) did a nice, 
fast laminated banner using a jpg image for a committee I'm working with. It 
was 3' x 5' and cost $75.
