[Hidden-tech] Disk imaging

The absolute best image backup I have used is Acronis True Image. The
latest versions also support a "non-stop" image-backup mode that is
very similar to the way that the excellent OSX Time Machine Backup
works.

For external hard drives I recommend Western Digital. They generally
come with 2-3 year warranties on their externals and their customer
service is Fantastic if you ever need to do a return, etc.

Stay away from Lacie external hard drives -- STAY AWAY! -- They are
awful, poor design and really terrible customer service.

Recommendations for this program. . . something else? Also, any advice about the external hard drive I will have to purchase? Anything to avoid?
