[Hidden-tech] Disk imaging

I've been persuaded that copying my PC Vista disk is a good insurance plan.
Macrium Reflect has been recommended, but someone I know has had a hard time
with it. Recommendations for this program. . . something else? Also, any
advice about the external hard drive I will have to purchase? Anything to
avoid?
