[Hidden-tech] Charter... it is as bad as you all said

Verizon is not building out any more FiOS service. Their shareholders nixed
it. WiredWest (http://www.wired-west.net) is working to bring Fiber to the
Premises to *everyone* in Western Massachusetts who wants it - have a look.
