[Hidden-tech] Copying from MacBook to DVD

This seems to be a common issue with MacBook drives.  I found this out  
when I was having trouble burning DVDs at full speed on my MacBook a  
few months ago.  The consensus from message board posts that I found  
appeared to be an issue of dust or dirt on the lens.  This is very  
likely the issue if you rarely use the drive.

If you check out the following discussion, you will find that cleaning  
the lens worked for many people with the same issue:
