[Hidden-tech] T1 --> Wireless neighborhood down in Levrett

Yes it is legal.   The T1 provider I think is Verizon and they are well 
aware that it is shared by the neighborhood. Everyone puts in their 
contribution every month for paying for the T1.

The guy who originally set it up has been made aware of the issue but 
has done a bunch of no-shows when he was supposed to look at it.  I do 
not know his name.
