Maybe getting out of the house is your new year's resolution?  I can make it very easy!  I would like to share my quiet, sunny office in the "red barn building" just outside of Amherst Center  Can easily walk to downtown for lunch or a coffee. There is also a communal kitchen in the building. I am a writer and only use the office 15 - 20 hours a week. I have two desks. My rent is $225/month including all utilities and DSL connection.
