Actually, WP does this all by itself - see here for more details [
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds#Categories_and_Tags]. If you have
permalinks enabled it might be different on your site, but if you don't, the
RSS link is just http://www.example.com/?cat=42&feed=rss2 [where 42 is
the ID for your category].
