Yes indeed.  You should CC *all* correspondence with Verizon to Senator
Kerry AND your state reps, the DTE, BBB, etc.  This puts pressure on
Verizon -- the *last* thing Verizon wants is to be forced send someone
to Boston (or worse Washington) and get grilled by people who have the
ability to make life hard indeed for Verizon (even if it is only a bit
of bad PR, it is not want Verizon wants).  It is well worth the extra
postage.
