Jabra makes a bluetooth hub that attaches to a desktop phone with a corded handset (it goes between base and handset). It is designed to work with Jabra headsets, but I gather it works with at least some Plantronics headsets and maybe others too. Google for Jabra A7010 and you should get plenty of information.
