There was a radio piece some years back where the commentator painted
this thought picture: a playground full of kids playing on bikes,
skateboards, and rollerskates/blades (NONE with any protective gear),
and a crowd of parents, all facing out, watching for pedaphiles.  The
point: the kids were in far more danger of falling and breaking bones
(including skulls) than any possible threat from pedaphiles.
