We run SugarCRM Pro here with 30 seats. It has worked pretty well and has changed the way we track our business. With any CRM package there is a tremendous amount of work getting it configured the way you want it. Once SugarCRM Datacenter is released we plan on offering it as a service to customers linked with our Answering Service, Hosted PBX and Zimbra messaging service. -Matt ----- "R.
