[Hidden-tech] open source CRM - SugarCE vs vTiger

We run SugarCRM Pro here with 30 seats.  It has worked pretty well and has changed the way we track our business.  With any CRM package there is a tremendous amount of work getting it configured the way you want it.

Once SugarCRM Datacenter is released we plan on offering it as a service to customers linked with our Answering Service, Hosted PBX and Zimbra messaging service.
