Dear HT,

We have decided to use either Sugar CRM Community Edition or vTiger CRM. I
suppose you could try to talk us out of either and advise using Salesforce
and/or MS Outlook but I think one of the first two hosted on our server will
be less expensive and we'll have more control over our data.

EMAIL
I would love to hear if people have experience using either software
especially for e-mail integration. Which one is better to 'live in'? We'd
like to have it so that if anyone in the firm sends OR receives and e-mail
from a particular company or person, that it automatically go into a shared
history folder for that company and/or person.

I understand that integration of vTiger with Mozilla's Thunderbird works
well and there's a feature where if an e-mail is deemed useful, it can be
sent to or pushed to the CRM.

PROJECT MGT
Both vendors have project management modules and if folks have experience
with that as well, we'd love to hear about it.

We plan to host our own email.

Thanks mucho.

Regards,
Andrew
