[Hidden-tech] Advice needed: Time Capsule crash

Jaime,
you don't necessarily need a time capsule to back up stuff... you can  
buy a reliable backup drive and use "time machine" and just direct the  
files to it.   (I bought a brand new terabyte Lacie drive for $250 on  
eBay and have been backing things up without any trouble for a few  
years now.) as far as the returning of the time capsule goes- maybe  
you can just get a refund?
