[Hidden-tech] Need Easy Image Editing Software Recommendation

i would recommend Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com).

The size of the application is under 2mb, and even allows for batch  
resizing, regular cropping and literally thousands of other uses.  i  
have been using it for years as a simple photo viewer\image resizer.
