[Hidden-tech] Trouble compressing a PDF using WinRAR

This sounds to me like it was scanned as a image, not as a document -- 
take makes the whole thing one big image,
hence big and not compressible more.

I'd have recaned it as a pdf of text and then add the signature to the 
pdf -- you will need to have the full Adobe acrobat to be able to do that.
Or what we do sometimes, fax it to our myFax account and email the pdf 
it makes :)
