for what it's worth:

1. I use Constant Contact. Seems to work great.

2. I met the founder of iContact. Amazing young entrepreneur who is
dedicated to doing well and doing good. Puts all his spare cycles into
social entrepreneurship, particularly in the developing world. I've heard a
lot of good things about their product.
