[Hidden-tech] 501(c)(3)

My experience was similar as a financial officer for a small 501-c3 - I 
would not want to try to file the initial paperwork without an expert to 
review the specifics of the organization and make sure we set things up 
properly for our bylaws, records we need to keep, annual forms we need 
to file, and procedures for compensation & donations from officers etc. 

However, I was comfortable handling the annual paperwork myself once we 
had been walked through that the first time, for a fairly simple 
organization.  You'd need to consider your specifics to decide if that 
might be appropriate for another organization.

Sorry to say, but I don't know anyone to recommend in the valley as an 
adviser -
