Hi Janet, Another option is an 800# service where you give your client an 800# and you both call in at the appointed time and start the session. The system records it and sends you an mp3 file. It automatically balances the audio, and the quality is guite good -- though you might have to do some minor post-processing after. I haven't tried recording with Skype, as Jeff is describing, so I guess some testing on your part is in order. Contact our own Jon Reed for more info on the 800# thing. He uses it for his podcasts. I think he said it was very reasonable in price, too.
