(RTC) is pleased to announce a FREE educational business seminar,
"Strategic Planning in a Down Market" on Friday, July 18th, 8:30 - 10:00
a.m., in the Tele-Classroom at the Springfield Technical Community
College (STCC) Technology Park in Springfield, MA. 

The RTC's guest presenter for this timely seminar is RTC Member, Michael
K. Vann, Principal, The Vann Group http://www.vann-group.com

from what is to what can be achieved", Mr. Vann has a knack for
redefining and challenging commonly held perceptions and creating a

happens next.  In reality, according to Mike Vann, the best time to
undertake strategic planning is when economic and business conditions
are at their worst.  This session will focus on how to craft a strategic
plan that recognizes the challenges of surviving a downturn - while
positioning your company to excel when conditions improve.  

In addition to highlighting key areas of strategic planning the session
will also provide case studies and examples of companies that have been
successful in positioning their businesses in times of economic
uncertainty.
