[Hidden-tech] Google Groups v. Yahoo Groups

Getting a Yahoo ID is a trivial process with no down-side. It also gives you 
another IM potential, if you want to use it (which some of my clients 
actually do).

I have managed four Yahoo Groups, and while their support can be lacking, I 
usually don't need support.
