Tom, We've used the Manfrotto 351MVB2 legs with 503HDV head with great success. But there's a long variety to the equation. How much does the camera weigh? Do you need claw legs? Will you be dolly mounting? Do you need a spreader? The one general piece of advice I would give, without knowing any details, is to make sure you get a ball head tripod. The leveling difference is quite significant. -- P.
