[Hidden-tech] WMECO vs Dominion

The question is cheaper of better.  Often companys offer better rates  
to get you to change over nd thene raise them eventually.

My friend, with Northampton committee for Cliamate Control has been  
approached by dominion several times.   Everytime she asks what there  
committment to green energy, they don't reply and go away.
