There are no hidden fees up front. What instead you get is a one time discount. I switched to Dominion a few years ago when they were offering a 0.06 /kwh deal which was locked in for two years, back when WMECO was like 7 or 8 /kwh. However, when my contract was up, suddenly it jumped 1 cent/hwh *higher* than WMECO with a promise it would drop half a cent every year for the next three years. I think overall, it would not beat WMECO at all, but as WMECO goes up, dominion would go slowly down and it would average out. So it may be 20% now for you, but beware the future, they won't have any great deals and you will pay nearly what WMECO charges. The only advantage to Dominion is that you get locked into a rate for X amount of years, whereas WMECO jumps around a lot during the year. my 0.02/kwh David B. Dominion is claiming a 20% discount over WMECO. Does anyone > have experience with Dominion?
