Hey Peter This flicker is often an interlacing problem. Is this 3D animation or rendered images that you are bringing into Premiere as an image sequence? There are a couple ways to adjust it but I think what might work for you is right clicking on the video clip on the timeline and going to Field Options .- Reduce Flicker. (I think that's what it is, I don't have Premiere on this computer at home so can't check for sure). Are you eventually going to DVD or broadcast video for this? You might want to use the built-in Adobe Media Encoder from the "make movie" option as well as that provides a lot more video format controls. Hope this helps!
