Rich, Now I've gotten it. Thanks. I'll be upfront and say I'm the one who answered "I will email new members to fill it out" and I might add that perhaps on a monthly basis you or a volunteer could do a sql query on the db to see who hasn't yet filled it out and email them until they do -- even if they leave it blank. Why barrage the people on the mailing list ten times or more a day when they're not the segment you really need to target? The two are completely separate. I've done my good dobee, now leave me alone is how I feel.
