I don't own Dell's, but I've worked on my share of them over the past couple of years. I have to concur regarding tech support. When I've worked with them, they've been very good. Sometimes they've been overly diligent, requiring a couple of hours of troubleshooting before they came to the same conclusion I'd already come to (that's a bit maddening), but when they've needed to send someone out on an extended warranty situation, they've been just amazing. Similarly, when they've had to ship a part, they've been spot on and speedy. I think they get a bad rap, to be honest. I think people expect far more out of them than they have a right to expect.
