Market Street Research, Inc., of Northampton, MA is seeking an
individual to serve as the executive assistant to the president of the
company.  This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about
marketing research and business consulting, and has opportunities for
advancement.

 

The primary responsibility of the executive assistant is to support the
president of Market Street Research in the execution of her role.  A
secondary responsibility is to support the business manager.

 

The executive assistant will work closely with the president,
maintaining her schedule, accompanying her to meetings, and
communicating with clients via telephone and email.  The executive
assistant will also assist the office manager in answering phones and
preparing documents.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication
skills; be highly organized, flexible, dependable and punctual; have
good computer skills; and able to interact with high-level executives.

 

Compensation for this position is $25,000-$30,000 (commensurate with
experience, skills and abilities) and includes standard benefits.
