[Hidden-tech] MAC Questions about switch to OS X from OS 9

Hello Will -

I'm a local PC/Mac guru graphics trainer guy.
What a demon indeed! The characters erasing themselves
could be a fault keyboard, or the OS going bezerk.
I've never heard of that one.

What is called "classic support" is sketchy at times
if not loaded correctly. I would strongly rec. an
on-site visit for this if a reinstallation is
necessary. It would involve:

1. repair errors as best we can
2. backup of whole HD
3. Wipe hard drive and load os9, firmware, then 10 and
all updates
4. reintegrate data, application (may need to be
reinstalled) and settings (internet/email etc...)
* replacement keyboard?

How are you connecting that you can only do so in OS9?
aol? You should have no problem connecting in OSX.
Good luck!
